ODM head torch manufacturer · Dongguan, China

Our moulds. Your brand. Metal headlamps, built end to end.

Xiware is a head torch manufacturer in Dongguan. We design, cast, assemble and photometrically test metal headlamps from 105 g to 413 g, then build them under your label — pick a housing from our mould library, set the performance tier, and go to market without paying for a tool.

Three ways to get a light made. Only one of them is what we do.

The difference is who owns the design and who pays for the tool. That decides your cost, your lead time — and how much of the product you actually control.

Traditional OEM

Your drawing. Our machine.

You own the design and the tool. We cut the mould, run samples and build to your files. It works — but the NRE, the tool build and the DFM rounds all sit on your side of the table, and the first saleable unit is months away.

  • Tooling and NRE invoiced to you
  • Six to nine months to first shipment
  • Any housing change restarts a mould
Xiware ODM

Our design. Our tool. Your brand.

The housing already exists as a mould in our library. You pick the model, decide the performance tier, colour and packaging, and sell it as your own. The engineering and the tool were paid for once, across the range.

  • No tooling invoice on library models
  • Samples in weeks, not quarters
  • Published, measured performance data
  • Your logo, colour, packaging and market
White label

Someone else's product. A sticker.

A trader buys a container and prints a logo on the carton. No visibility of the tool, the LED bin or the test data — and nobody to call when a batch goes wrong. Cheap until the first quality claim arrives.

  • No access to the tool or the process
  • Spec sheet copied, never measured
  • No route to change or improve the product

The mould library.

Three headlamp platforms in production today, each with a datasheet rather than a paragraph of adjectives. These are the numbers the parts actually measure.

Ultralight flagship

The lightest body we build at 1,600 lm and above: the same thermal duty as the larger heads, carried in roughly a third less mass on the band.

  • Max output1,600–1,800 lm
  • Beam distance170 m (target)
  • HousingMagnesium, AZ91D
  • Mass, with cell & band≤135 g

Compact everyday

The compact, everyday member of the line: the same die-cast metal construction as the M3, in a smaller, lighter body aimed at daily carry.

  • Max output1,200 lm
  • Beam distance175 m
  • HousingAluminium, ADC12
  • Mass, with cell & band105 g

High-output professional

The high-output platform the factory was built around: a metal head that carries the heat, with the cell moved to a rear pack so the mass sits where a head can carry it.

  • Max output4,000 lm
  • Beam distance450 m (target)
  • HousingDie-cast aluminium
  • Mass, with pack413 g (measured)

Two ways buyers shortlist a platform.

Not by alloy — by mass and by cell. Those are the two numbers that decide which shelf a lamp goes on, and both are set before the housing is drawn.

01

Ultralight — 105 g to 135 g

Two platforms inside the same mass budget: the compact tier at 105 g with an 18350 in the lamp, and the magnesium tier at under 135 g with an 18650 in the body and 1,600–1,800 lm. Metal housing, one sealed window, IP68 to 2 m — and a page that says plainly what we will and will not claim about “lightest”.

02

18650 in the body

One cell carried inside the die-cast shell: no rear pack, no cable, no counterweight. 1,600–1,800 lm, 170 m target, CR123A backup, USB-C under a sealed flap. The page covers what the buyer has to fix before tooling — capacity, protection, charge route, UN38.3.

The 18650 route →

Need 4,000 lm and 450 m instead? That brief belongs to the split-pack platform — HL-M3 on the datasheet index.

We own the product, not just one process in it.

A mould is a start, not a product. We design the whole light and manage the build — casting and machining through qualified partners, plus driver, optics, assembly and measurement in our own production. One accountable partner instead of a chain of suppliers, which is why a colour change is a phone call rather than a re-qualification.

01

Mould design & sourcing

Tool design and mould specification for aluminium and magnesium, with casting run by qualified partner foundries to our tooling, tolerances and quality plan. The library moulds are ours.

02

Machining & finishing

Mating faces, threads and sealing grooves cut after casting, then anodised or painted to your colourway — two-tone bodies included. Run through vetted machining and finishing partners to our drawings.

03

Driver & electronics

Constant-current drivers, mode logic, charging and protection built around the cell and the LED we actually fit, not a bought-in module.

04

Optics & thermal path

Reflector and TIR selection matched to the housing, with the heat path decided while the casting is still on screen.

05

Assembly & traceability

Documented work instructions at every bench, in-process checks, and batch records that follow the goods out of the door.

06

Photometric verification

An integrating sphere on site. Every lumen, runtime and beam figure we publish is measured here — not copied from an LED datasheet.

A supply chain you can look inside.

Aluminium and magnesium die-casting, machining and CMM inspection in qualified partner shops; our own assembly benches and photometric lab. Photographed as they run, not staged for a brochure.

Casting, machining and dimensional inspection run through qualified partners we specify and audit. Assembly, branding and photometric measurement run on our floor in Dongguan. One team stays accountable for the whole chain.

From a model number to a container.

Five steps, one accountable contact, and no tool to pay for on the way through.

01

Choose the model

Pick a housing from the library and the performance tier you want to sell. The datasheet, the option matrix and photographs of the actual moulded part follow within two working days.

02

Set the specification

LED bin, driver output, battery, optic, finish and control layout fixed in writing. Everything on the option matrix can move; the housing geometry cannot.

03

Sample in your livery

Pre-production units built on the production tooling, laser-marked with your logo, measured on the sphere and shipped with the test report attached.

04

Sign off, lock the artwork

Golden sample approved by both sides. Label, manual and packaging files frozen, then the batch is scheduled backwards from your launch date.

05

Produce and repeat

Batch production with output tested on every unit, retail-ready packing and shipping documents under your name. Reorders run on the same mould and the same test record.

Lead times are quoted per order and depend on finish, packaging and season. The sample route is the one that decides the schedule — not the enquiry date.

Send a model number and a market. We will send the datasheet and a price.

Not chosen yet? Send the price band and the shelf you are aiming at, and we will point at the two models that fit.
